Why We Built This Site
Texas court access starts with the office that maintains the record. In Hansford County, the 84th Judicial District Court handles felony, family, and district civil matters. The combined clerk office serves separate District Clerk and County Clerk roles. Justice and municipal courts retain their own dockets. re:SearchTX offers a statewide layer for eligible public records, but official state material says its public collection excludes criminal case records and Hansford's civil search status is limited. The site brings together verified court roles, contact channels, and official search sources without suggesting that one database holds every case.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. It is not connected with the Hansford County clerk, any Texas court, or a government agency. Its role has firm limits:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
Search Partners
Third-party providers power search boxes that appear on some pages. Those providers control their services, results, and prices. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports the site. Hansford County Court Docket does not control the provider's charges or results. An official docket, order, or certified record must still be obtained from the Texas court or clerk that maintains it.
